YOUTH TODAY PART 2
YOUTHS TODAY (part 2)
Hi five to all youths out there. I trust we have learnt one or two things from the first part and am hoping you will learn from the concluding part too.
In addition, youths of today are different from the olden days youths in term of dressing. Most youths noe dress flashy and seductively. Ladies nowadays are fond of wearing revealing and body tight dresses while, guys too sag their trousers all in the name of fashion. Am not against fashion, but modesty is required in all that we do. Like I love to say "kudos to all youths out there that dress decently and still stay attractive" The question an individual should ask him/herself standing in front of a full length mirror is that- will what am wearing offer me a job or contract?
Will it make people to respect, honor and value me? If the answer is NO, then get that cloth changed!
Also, looking at it from the aspect of how we treat our fellow human beings, most youths don't know how to treat others right. Everybody deserves respect both young and old, even the pets we rear deserves respect from us. Most youths are worst when it comes to interacting with one another, they use abusive and vulgar languages not minding the fact that there is power in the tongue. We should learn to be patient and humble- 'a humble man is a blessed man' also 'the patient dog eats the fattest bone' We should not look down on others because we don't know who is who, that is why I believe in treating others the way I want others to treat me. Therefore, treat others right.
My advice to all youths is that they should read books and listen to programs that will make them and not mar them. It is been said that "If you want to hide something from a black man put it in a book" but now it is, "if you want to hide something from a youth, put it in the middle of a motivational book, long write up or moral stories. Let us all be a reader because, it enlightens and educates us the more.
Finally, we should put God first in all our endeavors because without Him we are nothing, and with Him all things are possible.
Thanks for considering a read.
