Some Christians in America and around the
globe were hopeful after controversial
presidential candidate, Donald Trump
emerged winner of 2016 Elections against
Hillary Clinton.
Some were of the view that voting in the
elections was a case of choosing “The
Lesser Of Two Evils”.
This led to hot debates on social media
among Christian groups, and a division as
a result.
President Trump welcomed with open
arms, several ministers of the gospel
across The United States after coming out
victorious.
Several videos circulated on social media
with most ministers of the gospel laying
hands on Donald Trump to pray for him
and his administration.

There was a huge protest not only in the
USA, but across the globe after it was
announced Donald Trump was president
elect.
A lot of Christians even expressed their
displeasure on social media about Trump’s
victory.
After a successful inauguration, President
Donald Trump’s administration on Friday
deleted a number of social issues from the
pages of the official white house website-
www.whitehouse.gov.
Among the pages deleted were Climate
Change and the lesbian, gay, bisexual
transgender rights!

Most Christians are gradually getting
convinced President Donald Trump is ‘the
one’ to lead America from Sodomy!
Others are also of the view that there
would seem to be peace, peace, then a
sudden destruction, as prophesied in the
Bible.

Outcome of meeting between Asuu and Federal Government

A meeting between the Nigerian government and university lecturers has ended without a resolution of the nationwide strike called by the union on Monday. The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, began a nationwide strike this week, over demands for improved funding of universities and welfare of lecturers. An earlier meeting with the government was also unsuccessful. Thursday’s meeting began at exactly 3:42 p.m. in Abuja. In his opening remark, the Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige, said ASUU did not follow the proper procedure before starting the strike. “There must be a mandatory letter of 15 days to labour, to education before going on strike,” he said, referring to the ministries of labour and education. “All agreements are supposed to be domiciled in ministry of labour in order to track implementation as agreement gives room to renegotiation,” Mr. Ngige.
